Guest Chef & Culinary Team INformation Form
due June 12th

Seminar sponsors are responsible for bringing in a presenter such as a chef, cookbook author, and/or other food and wine expert who are recognized nationally and/or internationally for their expertise. Sponsors should also expect to send a culinary team from their organization to execute all World Marketplace tastings.

 

Product donation Form
due july 12

Sponsors may choose to send products or ingredients for general use during the confernece. These items will be made available to CIA and presenting/sponsor chefs in the main kitchen. Additionally, snack packs or single-serve non-perishable items are accepted and made available to attendees and chefs for the duration of the confernece.

 

Marketplace recipes
Due AUGUST 14TH

Sponsors may choose to submit recipes for the menu items served at the World Marketplace and/or Flavor Discovery Tastings to be included in the conference webbook that is provided to all attendees.

 

Ingredient request form
due september 3rd

Sponsors may choose to have the CIA purchase ingredients for their Marketplace tastings on their behalf. Please include web links for specialty or hard-to-find items to aid our culinary team in sourcing the items.

FEATURE PRODUCT FORM
due JULY 12th

Please specify which of your products you would like to be included in the menu for your sponsored breakfast. You may include suggestions for dishes and recipes for the CIA Culinary Team's consideration.


Electrical request & rental equipment form
due august 14th

Electrical: Sponsors may request to have one (1) standard 115v electrical outlet at their World Marketplace Booth. Rentals: Your organization has the option to have the CIA rent basic culinary equipment on your behalf, such as speed racks, chafing dishes, heat lamps, insulated food carriers, etc.

Menu information form

Please provide the names of all dishes that your team plans to prepare for each of your World Marketplace Tastings. This information will be included in conference materials and signage.
