About the Venue
The Culinary Institute of America at Copia is located in Napa, about 1 ½ hours north of San Francisco off of Highway 29. The facility is located in the same area as Oxbow Public Market. Parking is available in the lot right outside the building and across the street.

Worlds of Flavor attendees are encouraged to stay in Napa or Yountville (located 10 miles north of campus). Please make your lodging arrangements as soon as possible, as the Napa Valley is a popular weekend destination and local hotels tend to fill up well in advance.

How to Get to CIA at Copia
You are responsible for providing your own transportation to and from the conference. This includes air and/or ground transportation from your place of residence to the Napa Valley and daily transportation to CIA at Copia.

Conference Parking
Because we are tight on parking, conference attendees must park at a nearby, offsite lot. We urge you to carpool wherever possible.
Offsite Parking Lot Location
Conference parking is at 301 1st Street in Napa, on the corner of 1st Street and Silverado Trail. After parking, proceed to Copia, a short walk (~five minutes) from the conference parking lot.
Accessible Parking
Those who require accessible parking are accommodated at no charge. No advanced permit is required, but you must have a valid handicap parking permit issued by a state or local authority. This will allow you to park in designated handicapped parking spaces at the Culinary Institute of America at Copia.

Located on the Culinary Institute of America’s historic St. Helena facility, Gatehouse Restaurant is the capstone experience for CIA students after two years of rigorous culinary, baking and pastry, hospitality, and beverage management instruction. Here, future industry leaders transform regional ingredients, as well as those from CIA’s own herb gardens, into creative contemporary dishes.
The Bakery Café at Greystone
When you first enter CIA Greystone, don’t be surprised if you find yourself lured by the intoxicating smells of baked bread, cookies, and other treats from The Bakery Café. The menu features pastries, cookies, soups, salads, sandwiches, and sides made by our baking and pastry arts students and faculty.
