Matt Rodbard is a writer, editor, and author of books on food and culture, with more than two decades of experience in television, magazines, book publishing, and online media. He is the author of Koreaworld, named the 2025 IACP Cookbook of the Year and nominated for a 2025 James Beard Award; Koreatown, a New York Times bestseller; and Food IQ, a Publishers Weekly bestseller and winner of a 2023 IACP Cookbook Award.
