Cookbook Author| Portugal
Jody Eddy is an award-winning cookbook author from the US, who is currently based in Portugal. She is a graduate of NYC’s Institute of Culinary Education and has cooked at Jean-Georges and The Fat Duck. She was the executive editor of Art Culinaire and has written for Saveur, Travel+Leisure, and Food & Wine, among others. She has written James Beard nominated, IACP award winning cookbooks including Chaat, North: The New Nordic Cuisine of Iceland and Eat Like A Monk. Her latest book is Elysian Kitchens: Recipes Inspired By the Traditions & Tastes of the World’s Sacred Spaces. It includes locations in Lebanon, Morocco, and Spain and was featured on The Splendid Table, KCRW, and Saveur, among others. She is a recreational culinary instructor, workshop facilitator, and recipe developer for Forks Over Knives. She is currently working on a book about rewilding initiatives in the UK and recently launched The Storied Table event series inspired by Elysian Kitchens.
