Yvonne Ruperti ‘95

Chef Yvonne Ruperti is a professionally trained pastry chef, author, and culinary educator. A Baking and Pastry alumna of the Culinary Institute of America and Vassar College, her career spans pastry kitchens, bakery ownership, food media, and culinary education. She has worked as a freelance recipe developer, written for Cook’s Illustrated Magazine, appeared on America’s Test Kitchen cooking show, and is the author of One Bowl Baking: Simple From Scratch Recipes for Delicious Desserts. In 2014, Chef Ruperti began a decade-long teaching career with The Culinary Institute of America in Singapore, and in 2024 joined the Greystone campus, where she continues to teach baking and pastry arts.
