Thu Pham Buser is a Vietnamese Chef & Culinary Artist based in New York City. Her food styling work can be found in movies, commercials, glossy print mags, newspaper, and billboards showcasing her distinctive colors and flare.

She also leads a creative culinary agency and crafts large-scale edible installations and food experiences for branded events, weaving mediums like butter, sugar glass, gelatin, or bread into visual narratives and displays. These installations challenge ideas of what forms food may take, blurring the distinction between food and art, nostalgia and hyper-modernism, abundance and minimalism.

In her Ăn Cỗ Series, she welcomes New York diners to experience the most exquisite delicacies of Vietnam’s far-flung regions in a communal banquet setting paired with stories, music, and plenty of drinks.
