Shola Olunloyo is the owner of Studio Kitchen, an R&D kitchen where he experiments with culinary concepts, flavors, and cutting-edge technology, working with a host of clients to develop new ideas. He is a seasoned chef with extensive fine dining experience including serving as the inaugural chef for Dan Barber during the Blue Hill at Stone Barns Chef-in-Residence series. His residency there explored the roots of Nigerian cooking by celebrating the bounty of the Hudson Valley with a focus specifically on the cuisine of southwestern Nigeria, a rich agricultural and culinary foodway.
