Ryan Luttrell ‘99 is chef instructor at The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in St. Helena, California. He teaches in the Culinary Arts department and runs on-campus restaurants such as the Ghirardelli Bakery Café. With over twenty-five years of experience in professional kitchens, he has managed restaurants, hotels, and events, including all food operations for six Super Bowls. Additionally, he has worked as a private chef from Los Angeles to San Francisco and Wine Country, serving a diverse clientele, including celebrities and food enthusiasts. He owned and operated California Chocolate Company in Los Angeles for eight years and is an avid artisan baker.
