Dr. Jaime Koh is adjunct professor at the Culinary Institute of America, Singapore campus where she has been teaching for the past ten years. She teaches several modules, including Cultures and Customs of Asia,  Cultures and Customs of the Americas, Traditional Foodways of Asia, and the Capstone module for the Asian Concentration semester.

Jaime is a Singaporean public historian who runs a research consultancy specializing in historical research and content creation for various platforms, including publications, exhibitions, and workshops. Her work explores the intersections of history and cultural practices, with a particular interest in how the past informs contemporary identity and tradition.
