Ethel Koh ’17

Co-Founder, Chef, Journe (Singapore)

Ethel Koh ‘17 is the co-founder and pastry chef of Journe, a private dining concept created with her partner, Lih Guan, that celebrates Southeast Asian ingredients through a global lens. A 2017 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, she spent five years in San Francisco refining her craft in acclaimed kitchens, notably as pastry sous chef at Quince and later pastry chef at Gozu.
