Emily Lim is a Singaporean chef, entrepreneur, and a 2014 James Beard Award semifinalist based in San Francisco. She is the founder of Dabao Singapore, where she brings the bold, nostalgic flavors of Singaporean hawker food to the Bay Area through meal kits, catering, and her brick-and-mortar restaurant. Emily has appeared on Food Network shows including Chopped, Guy’s Grocery Games, and Beachside Brawl.
