A nutritionist, sommelier, and gastronomic communicator, she has over fifteen years of experience in the world of wine and Catalan gastronomy. She is the author of six books on wine and gastronomy, including The Catalan Table, Clara is also a familiar voice on Catalunya Ràdio and Catalunya Informació.
