2024 James Beard Best Chef Southeast semifinalist, Arnold Myint is the chef and owner of International Market in Nashville, TN which his family originally opened in 1975.  Cooking Thai food through regional sustainability, he actively works with the Tourism Authority of Thailand advocating for Thai food in America. His restaurant is recognized by the Royal Thai Ministry of Commerce as a two-star Thai Select and in 2025 and by MICHELIN Guide for the American South.  An alum and former culinary instructor at the Institute of Culinary Education, Arnold competed on Top Chef and Food Network Star and has worked with numerous media platforms.  Arnold is also a contributor for Epicurious, Eater, and Saveur and his debut cookbook Family Thai, Bringing the Flavors of Thailand Home, is a New York Times and LA Times best cookbook for 2025.
