Associate Professor, The Culinary Institute of America, School of Baking and Pastry (Hyde Park, NY)

Aleishe Baska is an Associate Professor teaching in the School of Baking and Pastry at CIA’s Hyde Park Campus.  She joined the faculty in January of 2018 and teaches a variety of classes in both the associate and bachelor’s degree programs.  In addition to helping students obtain the understanding and skills necessary for success, Aleishe endeavors to find ways to decrease food waste and emphasize the importance of sustainable and ethical ingredient use.
